چکیده

Bu çalışmada, Osmaniye ili- Hasanbeyli mevkiide bulunan Armillaria mellea (Physalacriaceae) ve Tricholoma cedrestorum (Tricholomataceae) mantarlarının yetiştiği topraklar ile bu topraklara farklı oranlarda ilave edilen (toprak karbonuna eşdeğer 1/1X, 1/2X 1/4X oranda) mantarların toprak karbon mineralizasyonuna etkileri incelenmiştir. amaçla, A. T. mantarları toprakların bazı fiziksel kimyasal özellikleri belirlenerek 42 günlük mineralizasyonu CO2 respirasyonuna göre Topraklara ayrı karıştırılan oranında karbonlu mantar ilaveleri her iki toprakta mikroorganizma faaliyetini arttırmıştır. mantarı daha yüksek gözlenmiş olup toprağı arasında anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır (P > 0.05). Bunun yanında mantarın dozlarının da (1/1 X, 1/4X) ilavesinde kendi aralarında farklar yaratmadığı saptanmıştır. mantarının kontrol yine dozlarda ilavelerinin yapıldığı topraklarda mineralizasyon oranı olup, uygulamaları istatistiksel olarak bulunmuştur < çalışma bulgularından elde sonuçlara mikroorganizmaların ilavelerini kaynağı kullandıkları

Analysis of indole compounds in Armillaria mellea fruiting bodies.

A TLC method with densitometric detection for identification and quantitation of indole compounds in methanolic extracts of fruiting bodies of Armillaria mellea (Vahl.) P. Kumm. (Basidiomycota)--Honey mushroom has been developed. The TLC method with densitometric detection was validated for determination of tryptamine and serotonin contents. The use of this chromatographic-densitometric method ...

Microsatellite markers for the diploid basidiomycete fungus Armillaria mellea.

We isolated and characterized 12 microsatellite markers for two North American populations (California, Pennsylvania) of Armillaria mellea, a fungal pathogen responsible for Armillaria root disease of numerous woody plants. Allele frequency ranged from two to nine alleles per locus, and gene diversity ranged from 0.05 to 0.86. Of the 12 loci, eight loci were polymorphic in the California and Pe...

Armillaria mellea: phenolic content, in vitro antioxidant and antihyperglycemic effects.

UNLABELLED Armillaria mellea, known as honey mushroom, has been used both as food and medicine. AIM In this work, the ethanolic and hydromethanolic extracts from Armillaria mellea fruiting bodies were investigated for their phenolic content, antioxidant and antihyperglycemic effects (in vitro studies). MATERIAL AND METHODS The total phenolics were quantified using Folin-Ciocalteu assay. The...

Transcriptome analysis of genes involved in defence response in Polyporus umbellatus with Armillaria mellea infection

Polyporus umbellatus, a species symbiotic with Armillaria mellea and it also exhibits substantial defence response to Armillaria mellea infection. There are no genomics resources databases for understanding the molecular mechanism underlying the infection stress of P. umbellatus. Therefore, we performed a large-scale transcriptome sequencing of this fungus with A. mellea infection using Illumin...

INTRINSIC FLUORESCENT COMPOUNDS IN ARMILLARIA MELLEA; HYPHAE AND RHIZOMORPH

The organic solvent extraction of Armillaria mellea showed different highly intrinsic fluorescent compounds either in rhizomorph or in hyphae (F , F , F , MF , MF and MF ). The characterization of ultraviolet and fluoro-spectrophotometry of these compounds has been exhibited. Thin layer chromatography and fluorescent spectrum of hyphae and rhizomorph indicated an additional compound (FH) ...
